About the Organization
Mahila Samagra Utthan Samiti (MSUS) is a registered non-profit organization working since 1997 for the holistic development and empowerment of marginalized communities in Jharkhand, especially women, children, tribal communities, and economically weaker families.
MSUS works across Palamu, Garhwa, and Latehar districts in the areas of child protection, education, women empowerment, health & sanitation, livelihood promotion, environmental sustainability, and rural development.
Our mission is to build a self-reliant and equitable society free from poverty, illiteracy, child labour, gender discrimination, and social inequality. Through community participation, awareness campaigns, livelihood initiatives, SHG strengthening, education support, health interventions, and grassroots governance, we have positively impacted thousands of vulnerable families.
The organization has extensive experience in implementing projects related to child protection, prevention of child marriage, women empowerment, rural livelihoods, and community development in collaboration with government departments and development partners.
MSUS believes in transparency, accountability, and sustainable development through people-centered approaches. Every contribution helps us expand our efforts to create safer, healthier, educated, and empowered communities.
