Yes. No time limit, no credit card, no hidden fees. You can collect donations, send digital receipts, and manage donors forever at no cost.
What happens when I upgrade?
All your existing data stays exactly as it is. You simply unlock more features. Downgrading is also possible: you keep your data but lose access to premium features.
Are there any transaction fees?
Donateazy charges zero platform fees on donations. You only pay the standard payment gateway charges from Razorpay.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export your full donor list, donation history, receipts, and compliance records anytime, in CSV, Excel, and PDF formats. Your data belongs to you.
Does it handle FCRA compliance?
Yes. Paid plans include an FCRA dashboard that automatically separates foreign and domestic donations, monitors your 20% administrative expenditure cap, tracks FC-3C renewal deadlines, provides quarterly reporting, and generates FC-4 annual return filing packs.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power ORIS, our AI features: donor intelligence, campaign copy generation, and CSR proposal writing. Each AI action uses one credit. Starter includes 50 credits/month, Pro includes 500 credits/month, and Enterprise has unlimited credits.
